Maintenance and upkeep of pneumatic tools

Safety regulations

(1) Before using pneumatic tools, please make sure to read this manual thoroughly. Only after understanding the content can pneumatic tools be used in the workplace, and its content must be strictly followed.

[Warning]

When using tools, do not exceed a high operating pressure (100PSI/7.0BAR/7.0kg/cm2). Frequent use of pneumatic tools in environments that exceed the operating pressure will greatly reduce the service life of the tool itself.

(2) When replacing tools or accessories, please remove the pneumatic tool from the air source first.

(3) Wear protective goggles, earplugs, and masks as much as possible during operation to maintain personal safety.

(4) Do not wear loose clothing, scarves, ties, or bracelets during operation to avoid danger caused by moving or rotating parts.

(5) When connecting pneumatic tools to high-pressure gas sources, do not press the trigger unless in use.

(6) Always ensure the condition of spare parts, loose parts can cause serious danger.

(7) When replacing worn parts, please use specialized parts.

(8) Do not use air pressure pipes that are damaged or impacted.

(9) Do not point tools at yourself or others.

(10) Before use, check if there are any fragile or damaged parts in the air pressure pipe. If the above conditions are found, please update them immediately to maintain safety.

(11) Lock all nuts and screws and ensure that all equipment is in a safe state.

Moderate lubrication is the responsibility of the tool user. Compressed air can condense water vapor, which can easily cause corrosion. Without proper lubrication, the lifespan of pneumatic tools can be greatly shortened.

Pneumatic tools need to be lubricated before and after use.

Lubrication of the air motor section-

The air motor needs to be lubricated daily, but not too many times.

[Warning]

Please remove the tool from the high-pressure air source before lubrication.

(1) Remove the tool from the high-voltage area.

(2) Press the trigger and add 3-5 cc of pneumatic tool specific oil from the intake head. Connect the tool to a high-pressure air source and cover the exhaust hole with a cloth or towel. Start the tool for 20-30 seconds in both forward and reverse directions. When the high-pressure gas is connected to the operation, the lubricating oil will be discharged from the rear exhaust hole.

Lubrication of the impact frame assembly (grease)

The impact frame assembly needs to be lubricated and maintained once a week.

(1) Pull the tool off the air line.

(2) Remove the screws on the front cover (or simply loosen the front cover) and wash off any remaining butter inside the front cover and on the impact frame assembly.

(3) Apply an appropriate amount of butter to the impact frame assembly, and then lock the front cover.

(4) Connect the air pressure pipe and gently activate the trigger to idle for 20-30 seconds to lubricate the entire impact unit with butter.

matters needing attention

(1) Do not disassemble parts that exceed those that require repair or replacement.

(2) Please be careful when disassembling to avoid damage to tools or parts.

(3) No impurities should enter during disassembly.
