Two basic working modes of pneumatic tools

Pneumatic tools are devices that work by utilizing the energy of compressed air provided by air compressors as a source of power.

According to its basic working mode, it can be divided into: 1) rotary type (eccentric movable blade type) 2) Reciprocating (volumetric piston type)

（1） Rotating: The air flow rate when the pressure decreases acts on the blades, driving the rotor to rotate at high speed and work. For example: pneumatic tools for dry grinding; Grinding pneumatic tools; Pneumatic drill; Pneumatic wrench; Wind screwdriver; Wind driven gourds, etc.

（2） Reciprocating: Compressed air is introduced into the cylinder, and the piston moves back and forth by controlling the intake and exhaust ports. For example: air saw; Air file; Pneumatic nail pulling gun; Air pick; Pneumatic hammers, etc.
