Analyze the key points of using and maintaining pneumatic tools

   

In a broad sense, pneumatic tools are mainly tools that use compressed air to drive pneumatic motors and output kinetic energy to the outside. According to their basic working methods, they can be divided into: 1) rotary (eccentric movable blade type). 2) reciprocating (volumetric piston type). Generally, pneumatic tools mainly consist of power output, operation mode conversion, intake and exhaust channels, operation start and stop control, tool housing and other main parts. Of course, the operation of pneumatic tools also requires energy supply, air filtration and pressure regulation, and tool accessories.

1. Power output part: It is one of the main components of pneumatic tools, mainly composed of pneumatic motors and power output gears. It relies on high-pressure compressed air to blow the motor blades and rotate the motor rotor, outputting rotational motion to the outside, and driving the entire operation form to transform into partial motion through gears. According to whether the stator and rotor are concentric, pneumatic horse pneumatic motors can be divided into concentric motors and eccentric motors. According to the number of inlet ports, they can be divided into single inlet port motors, double inlet port motors, and multi inlet port motors. 2. Part of homework format conversion: It mainly involves converting the rotational motion output by the motor accordingly. In the automotive manufacturing industry, due to the many ways of threaded connections, most of them are rotary movements, and of course, there are also linear reciprocating movements. For different types of pneumatic tools, the conversion of work forms is mainly divided into mechanical clutches and planetary gear sets, friction plate clutches and planetary gear sets, hydraulic cylinders, torque rods, and hammer block sets. The above components are all important components based on rotational motion, which determine the torque size, speed, and tightening accuracy of the pneumatic tightening tool. Due to its continuous clutch, compression, or torque transformation, its components are easily damaged;

3. The intake and exhaust section: It is obvious that the intake and exhaust section is the relevant channel for compressed air to enter and exit, which is the energy supply system to ensure the normal movement of the motor;

4. The opening and stopping control part of the movement, commonly known as the pneumatic switch, is prone to damage due to its constant direct contact with the operator and external objects, as well as its use of engineering plastic products;

5. Energy supply part: Compressed air is mainly formed by compressing the atmosphere with an air compressor, and the compressed air pipeline transports the relevant gas and electricity, which is pulsating;


 

6. Air filtration and pressure regulation: Due to the fact that compressed air is usually transported through pipelines made of seamless steel pipes, rust on the inner walls, moisture and dust in the compressed air will continuously form during long-term use. If such compressed air enters the pneumatic motor without any treatment, it will greatly shorten the service life of the motor, resulting in insufficient and unstable power output of the entire tool, which is prone to damage to the motor and other components. Therefore, compressed air filtration and regulation devices must be installed between compressed air pneumatic tools transported by pipelines, and the pneumatic triple unit undertakes this task. The pneumatic triple unit mainly consists of a pressure gauge, a filter, an oil mist filter, a pressure regulator, and other parts. The filter has a built-in filter element, which needs to be maintained, cleaned, and replaced regularly after a period of use;

7. Tool accessories: The tool accessories here refer to the tools installed on the pneumatic tool body that come into direct contact with the workpiece, and the pneumatic triple unit undertakes this task. The pneumatic triple unit mainly consists of a pressure gauge, a filter, an oil mist filter, a pressure regulator, and other parts. The filter has a built-in filter element, which needs to be maintained, cleaned, and replaced regularly after a period of use; If compressed air enters the pneumatic motor without any treatment, it will greatly shorten the service life of the motor, resulting in insufficient and unstable power output of the entire tool, which can easily cause damage to the motor and other components. Therefore, compressed air filtration and adjustment devices must be installed between compressed air pneumatic tools transported by pipelines, including various pneumatic sleeves, connecting rods, conversion joints, cutting heads, etc;
